Ada beberapa event besar dalam dunia fashion selain Fashion Week, yaitu Haute Couture, Men's Wear Fashion Week, Bridal Fashion Week, dan juga Inter-Seasonal Collection. The inter-seasonal collections are Resort (before Spring/Summer) and Pre-Fall (before Autumn/Winter). These collections are usually more commercial than the main season collections and help shorten the customer's wait for new season clothes.

Why they named it Resort? Karena show ini ditujukan untuk para pecinta mode yang akan menikmati musim liburan setelah libur natal ke daerah-daerah dengan udara yang cukup panas (termasuk Indonesia) sebelum memasuki liburan summer di daerah mereka. Tidak seperti seasonal fashion week, tidak ada jadwal pasti dari peragaan ini namun biasanya diadakan tiga bulan setelah main show (fashion week event).

Baru-baru ini beberapa brand besar telah mengadakan Resort Collection Show atau yang sering juga dikenal dengan Cruise Collection mereka. Beberapa alumni NTM franchise berhasil booked baik untuk presentation ataupun runway show. Siapa saja mereka??
